-The price of every wedding is either $1500 for 6 hours or $2000 for 8 hours.  You can also purchase additional hours if necessary. Included in that price are your digital downloads and an online shareable gallery for 6 months. All other services are a-la-carte so you can build a wedding package that works for your individual needs.

-There is a $400 deposit to book, your date is not secured until you do so. It is non-refundable, but DOES count toward your final balance. 

-If you’re booking a wedding that is farther than 50 miles from my office location, (Hendersonville, NC) there is a travel fee. That fee will be discussed at our meeting either in person, VIA phone or Skype / FaceTime.

-If someone contacts me about your date BEFORE you book, I will give you 24 hours notice, with first priority. After 24 hours, the date will go to the next couple. 

-If you cancel 3 months or farther out from your wedding, you will get 50% of any additional amount paid, back. This can take 4-6 weeks (usually sooner) and EXCLUDES your non-refundable deposit. If you cancel within 3 months or sooner to your wedding, you do NOT GET ANYTHING back and will owe your remaining balance. At this point, I can not usually reschedule the lost date, gear may have been rented, etc. 

-Digitally optimized images are included in your price, but a print release is NOT. A print release is an additional $400 and can be purchased up to 6 months after you receive your final images, as well as all other prints and products. A release allows you to print anywhere you'd like, rather than only ordering prints from me. It includes 3 discs and the actual paper release. Most clients order the print release + an album + a handful of large professional prints of their favorite images. After 6 months time, if you neglected to order prints & products, there will be a $250 archive retrieval fee to order at that point.

-A second shooter is a WONDERFUL idea and comes HIGHLY recommended. While I am comfortable and capable of shooting your wedding alone, a second shooter will yield you more images, and different perspectives. All images are edited by the primary photographer and maintain the artistic integrity of our photography. 

-A wedding usually yields between 400-600 final, edited images. If you hire a second shooter, you can increase your number of final images by 100-300. The turnaround time in the busy season (April-October) is 4-6 weeks, but usually is completed sooner.
